Where are you located?
I am located in London, England and where I create the decorations by hand.
What is the dispatch time?
Between 7 - 14 business days. Popular items are pre-made to support the demand and custom orders can be longer. I would recommend that you purchase in advance (1-2 months) of your event/party for custom orders.
How much is postage & packaging?
Domestic shipping using Royal Mail and 2 - 3 days to recieve your order.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Request is accepted via the contact section.
What can I Custom order?
Yes, custom bunting banner orders are accepted. I do specialise in creating custom designs for a wide range of occasions, including: Names, Baby showers, Happy Bithday, It's my birthday, Age celebrations, Mr & Mrs, Boy, Girl, Oh Baby, Holy Communion, Confirmation celebrations, Christening, Happy Easter, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Valentine's Day, Suprise, Congratulations, Welcome To Our Wedding, Just Married.
Please do note options can change.
Cancellations of custom orders.
If the order is already been fulfilled, cancellations are not accepted and the item cannot be returned and no refunds.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel order requests without futher explanation (before being fulfilled). Additionally, if your custom order is declined or cancelled you can, explore more decorative choices from Katica London website for a new booking.
How can I track my order?
A shipping tracking number is provided within the dispatch email notification. Royal Mail track and trace
Order in transit
When your order has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may occur during transit with postal service, This includes: delays, damaged packaging, or loss of items if the packaging is compromised during transit.
How do I claim my lost or stolen package?
We all understand that there can be obstacles in recieving your order promptly. If you suspect there is a problem with your delivery or package. Contact me via the contact section 7 days after expected delivery date or you can claim directlty to the Royal Mail claims centre.
Returns Policy
Katica London is dedicated to quality products and outstanding customer service. Your satisfaction with both purchase and experience is a priority. If your are not completely happy with your order, you can return within 14 days of delivery of goods, provided you follow the requirements:
1. Request is from original customer email address and includes order number. - Return address will be provided
2. Return the goods unused and in unopened packaging
3. Customers are responsible for handling the return of products, which includes paying for postage fees. I recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking information and once the goods are recieved, a refund will be issued.
Where do you source your fabrics and materials?
I buy from other businesses in the U.K.
Insourcing is an excellent way to reduce my carbon footprints, while also supporting community businesses and contributing to the growth of local economy.
Do you have any social media accounts?
Yes, I do have social media, but it's not my preffered option. If given the choice, I would opt for the Yellow Pages instead. However the significant advantage is that I can engage with you directly through this platform.
